However this program isn’t for you if you cant commit the time, effort and dedication to helping yourself. It’s about making a lasting change. It’s NOT about just turning up for a few weeks and then everything is fixed. This is also not the cheapest program you will find locally or online. Why? Simply because we value the service we provide and feel the level of service is more than justified, which you will soon realize.

We are looking for people who most importantly want to be helped. Who want to change for the better and for good. You are sick and fed up of feeling this way and want to do something about it. If you join our group you will get your confidence back and feel AWESOME for it. We work in small groups so that the training is a personalised as possible but within that motivation and encouraging group environment. We are all in the same boat as we are all trying to achieve our personal goals. You can do sessions at times and days that suit you 2 or 3 days per week. This ensures we get to your goal in quick but realistic time frame. The more you put in the more you get out. If you give us at least 12 weeks of your time. You will get a better body, be healthier and never look back.
